In my latest episode of the Barbells & Brothers podcast I have a powerful conversation with my guest, Ryan MacTaggart.  We share our experiences with failure and how we are redefining failure in our own personal lives.

The fear of failure can hold us back from taking a chance on ourselves.  By redefining failure we can bust through the limitations we put on ourselves and start to live a life of risk and adventure for the greater good.

This episode of the Barbells & Brothers podcast is all about finding your purpose and fulfillment in life.

I have conversational style interview with Ryan MacTaggart who is the founder and creator of the Brothers Life Council.

Ryan and I share a common passion of helping men live a life that makes them feel fully alive.

One of those keys to living a divinely inspired life is living a life of purpose and fulfillment. That is what our discussion is all about.

We share our battles of finding our purpose and what it feels like when we struggle with not feeling fulfilled in our day to day life.

It was a fun and engaging conversation. Give a listen and be inspired to move towards your purpose in life.

My guest on this episode of the Barbells & Brothers podcast is Jerry Fu. Jerry is a conflict resolution coach.  He focuses on resolving clients' conflict at work, in culture, and within themselves.

Jerry was born in the United States, growing up in a Taiwanese family.  He encountered conflicts at work, in culture, and within myself.

Jerry didn’t know how to handle any of it and didn’t know where to look for help.

He also lost a job because he continually avoided conflict with an upset boss. But getting fired was the wake-up call he needed. He had to adapt and improve as a leader, which meant engaging the conflict he disliked so much. His ongoing struggle with conflict became a fascination. Now, he helps others take on the same challenges.

My guest on this episode of the Barbells & Brothers podcast is Joe Rinaldi. Joe is a writer, motivational speaker and personal coach and host of the podcast called The Pursuit.

The biggest joy in Joe's life is being able to help, encourage and guide other people in their pursuit of greater goals, bigger things and better versions of themselves.

And one more thing, Joe is grateful to be going blind. Joe was born with a genetic eye condition (Best Disease) that has been causing him to lose his eyesight since he was a child.

In my latest episode of the Barbells & Brothers podcast I share what I have learned from my 30 days in the desert through the art of practicing not-doing.

In a culture that says we have to do more, my message is that we need to do less and be more. We need to do less forcing and more listening.

I also talk about the importance of tapping into our own circadian rhythm for sleep and a natural rhythm for eating and any other healthy habits we are working on creating in our life.

If you are struggling with busyness, you won't want to miss this episode. My hope is that this podcast will inspire you to start practicing the art of not-doing.

In this episode of the Barbells & Brothers podcast I share my journey of transitioning from a personal trainer to this strong calling of being a spiritual warrior coach.

As much as I love fitness, the call to lift your spirit as a spiritual coach is even stronger.  It's what sets my soul on fire.

I believe now more than ever men need to find their own spiritual path.  I can't think of a better way to spend the rest of my life doing my inner work of growing spiritually and guiding men to do the same.

In this podcast I share a vision and dream I have for our world to have peace by cultivating inner peace in our own personal lives.

I envision a movement of men coming together called Spiritual Warriors Unite where all hearts beat as one.  A spiritual warrior is someone who is willing to take a deep introspective journey for a cause greater than themselves.

Spiritual Warriors Unite is a group of men who show up with brotherly love who are non-conformists.  We are rebels for good.  We stand united in righteous anger for what isn't working in the world and we do something about it with kindness, compassion and love.

I want to invite you to be part of something bigger than yourself.  I see a possibility where we can make a difference in the world when a group of men come together united as spiritual warriors where all hearts beat as one.

Getting vaccinated has been a polarizing topic as of late.  In my latest episode of the Barbells & Brothers podcast I share my thoughts on why I am choosing to get vaccinated after a great deal of self-reflection.

My vision is to see our world become united instead of polarized over this topic.  With crisis comes opportunity.  I see this as an opportunity to make a shift in our world's health.

I believe getting the vaccine is right thing to do to heal our world and create a new possibility for taking personal responsibility for our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

So much of our world is defined through competition and having to prove ourselves. A big topic of conversation is Simone Biles pulling out of Olympic competition.

In this episode of my Barbells & Brothers podcast I share my story of how the majority of my life has been defined by having to prove myself through competition as a means of self-worth.

The truth is that we all have the podium inside of us with a gold medal hanging around our neck because we are all children of God with nothing to prove and nothing to earn.

In this podcast I explore what it means to have radical freedom in our lives.  We often times put ourselves in a cage limiting our own personal freedom.  There are four things that I am working on in my own personal life to bust out of my cage.

1.  Live a life of risk being willing to fail.

2.  Freedom from fear of man.

3.  Do what makes you feel fully alive.

4.  Freedom comes from the inside.

When we practice these things we can find true freedom and have more peace and joy in our lives.
